BerchWood Partners acted as global placement agent for GB Merchant Partners' 1903 Equity Fund, L.P., which closed in 2006. The Fund secured commitments of $320m, which was above its cap of $300m. GB is based in Boston and will focus on investments in the retail and consumer space.
