Family Offices Ramp Up Private Equity Exposure

London – Paola Tarazi, Partner at BerchWood Partners, was recently featured in an article covering family offices’ exposure to private equity. Family offices have been growing as a proportion of private equity investors with some single commitments matching those of larger institutional investors.

“There are fewer family offices relying on funds of funds or gatekeepers such as wealth management platforms and private banks whereby they invest through a feeder structure where they understand the additional layer of fees on that vehicle,” Tarazi said.
